These adorable little critters are the stars of the recently concluded BABY BLAST 2: FUN LEARNING CONTINUES, held last March 5, 2011 at Trinoma Activity Center. Following last year’s initial launch, BABY BLAST: FUN LEARNING STARTS NOW, this year’s Baby Blast continues to make learning fun for the baby!
Baby Blast 2’s theme revolves around recognizing Early Head Start (EHS), which is crucial in the physical, intellectual, and social development of children ages 0-3 years. EHS advocates, teachers, and experts shared their inputs to parents and how it can facilitate learning among their kids.
Highlights of the program include: entertaining talks on health, parenting and education from experts, parents and teachers. There were also educational material demos, parent and baby exhibits, as well as ideas for home and summer activities.
Bounty Fresh was there to show support and love for the tiny tots! Representing Bounty Fresh is Mrs. Joan Sumpio, a Registered Dietician and Nutritionist from the University of Santo Tomas. Of course, no family day is complete without game booths and activities! There were plenty of fun-filled activities for the whole family: Mommy and Baby Fashionista, Wacky Daddy and Me Photo Contest, and the Yaya Make-over contest! The Bounty Fresh booth was stationed in the event area where babies can swim and play in the pool of balls, while moms can register to Chic Moms Club and get a chance to win designer bags.
The day’s activities come to an end, and it was indeed a blast fit for a growing baby!
