  Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, calendar, deploy and manage merchandising requirements of Rotisserie and other trade outlets in respective area.
  • Execute promotional activities in assigned area from head office and branch directives.
  • Provide regular competitive intelligence in assigned area for branch and head office information.
  • Coordinate with manpower and merchandising agencies/suppliers for the delivery and deployment of merchandising/promotional items for various activities.
  • Conceptualize, with corresponding cost-benefit financial analysis and execute tactical programs for area specific marketing concerns.
  PROCESSING SUPERVISOR

  Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
  • Male or Female not more than 30 years old.
  • Able to perform duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in shifting time, sometimes on extended hours and holidays.
  • Preferably Supervisor 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

  • Supervise basic Dressing Plant Operations.
  • Warehouse and Cold Storage Monitoring.
  • Documentation and Reporting.
  CONTRACT GROWING SUPERVISOR
  BACOLOD and DAVAO

  Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
  • With significant experience in the field of Broiler Production.
  • Licensed Veterinarian.
  • Performance oriented and self-motivated.
  • Can work with minimum supervision.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to spend most of the time in the field and beyond working hours

  Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly placement volume and ensure farms keep up the scheduled placement dates.
  • Do four (4) week rolling harvest forecast and coordinates with farms for the desired ALW.
  • Check Contract Grower liquidation and prepare necessary attachments like MedVac, DR, DOC, DR, etc.
  • Attest DOC Placements.
  • Do regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption ratio and average live weight.
  • Do routine necropsy to check bird’s health status.
  • Monitor MedVac inventory & coordinate w/head office for shipment/deliveries.
  • Monitor if management standards in growing out chickens are well implemented.
  • Work with other CG personnel to attain the goal of getting better efficiencies in terms of HR, FCR, ALW.
  CONTRACT GROWERS
The process of applying are as follows:

  • Inspection of the site where the farm will be built. Basic considerations for inspection are access road going to the farm which should accomodate 10-wheeler trucks for feed deliveries and harvest, regular supply of electricity and water, security of the farm and official zoning certificate that the location is for agricultural purposes.
  • If you have an existing farm, the farm will also have to be evaluated using the above parameters.
  • If site is approved, construction can start. Your decision then is whether to build a conventional (open-sided) farm or tunnel ventilated (closed) farm. Conventional houses are the common elevated houses made of wood, bamboo slatted floors and manual feeding and waterer and open-sided. Tunnel ventilated houses are fully-automated (feeders and waterers), environmentally controlled and closed housing facility.
  • Estimated cost (structure and equipment) for conventional houses is P100 – P150 per bird capacity while for tunnel ventilated farms, it is P280 – P350 per bird capacity. Our preference is for pre-farbricated tunnel ventilated farms. For tunnel ventilated farm, our recommended dimensions are 40 ft by 400 ft (30,000 bird capacity).
  • After construction, we enter into the formality of a contract. A cash bond equivalent to P 10.00 per bird capacity is required upon contract signing. Example, a 10,000 capacity farm will require a cash bond of P 100,000. All legal permits (barangay, municipal, mayor’s permit, environmental clearance, etc.) will have to be secured before contract signing.
  • After signing the contract, a seminar/training will be conducted for you and the laborers in the farm.
  • The farm will be scheduled for loading after the seminar.
  • In contract growing, Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. will provide the contract grower with the chicks, feeds, medications, vaccinations and technical support (a veterinarian will be visiting your farm at least once a week). The company will also harvest the birds upon reaching the required weight.
  • As a contract grower, your responsiblity will be the provision of the farm building and equipments, regular supply of electricity and water, laborers and farm security. The contract grower is responsible for caring and growing the birds to the required weight.
