PLANT MANAGER

VISAYAS (CEBU BASE) & MINDANAO (CAGAYAN DE ORO BASE)   Responsibilities: Plans and programs the activities of the Processing Operations. Controls cost of production and prepares program to eliminate profit leaks. Develops, motivate and organize workforce for maximum output. Apply disciplinary actions. Ensures implementation of Standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance of subordinates to company rules and regulations. Coordinates with other department on all related functions and transactions. Improves and recommends new processes and technology. Prepares and submits required production and exception reports. Monitors usage and inventory of supplies and materials. Reviews and recommends for approval requisition of required packaging and raw materials supplies and ensures sufficient inventories. DP SUPERVISOR

ILOILO   Responsibilities: Supervise Basic Dressing Plant Operations. Warehouse and Cold Storage Monitoring. Documentation and Reporting.   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent. Male or Female not more than 30 years old. DRESSING PLANT ASSISTANT

BICOL, SOUTHERN TAGALOG (BATANGAS), DUMAGUETE, TACLOBAN & CAGAYAN DE ORO   Responsibilities: Responsible in the proper inventory system of stocks in the DP and in charge in the FDC dispatch operation. Generate daily inventory report of packaging materials in the dressing plant. Generate report of the FDC daily dispatch operation. Does other function that maybe delegated relative to the operation.   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent. SENIOR QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

SOUTHERN TAGALOG (LAGUNA or BATANGAS)   Responsibilities: Handles the Documentation of Manual for Feed mill HACCP and CGMP. Updates/revises the existing feeds operation procedures, work instructions, guidelines and other reference documents according to current practices. Performs internal quality audit to validate/verify implementation of Feeds Operation Manuals. Conducts in-process inspection of Feed mill plant based on scheduled inspection/audit. Reports to QA Supervisor all exception and other non-conformances in the Feedmill for validation and corrective action.   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Chemistry or equivalent. FINANCE SUPERVISOR

DAVAO

Responsibilities: Supervision and monitoring on all areas of Branch accounting e,g. sales, general, cost and financial accounting. Review and Analyze accounts payable. Monitoring funds flow of the operation (Petty Cash & RF). Review sales transactions and analyze A/R & revenue. Checking and review of Contract Growing liquidation reports. FINANCE ASSISTANT

STORE SPECIALIST

Overall in charge of outlet opening activities. Supervise and monitor the activities and performance of outlet crew. Does the inventory and monitor of stocks and supplies of the outlets. Coordinates with HR and Agencies regarding crew work schedules and assignments.   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent. STORE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

BICOL & SOUTHERN TAGALOG   Responsibilities: Responsible in the preparation of daily and monthly maintenance schedule (manpower, equipment and store maintenance). Responsible in the inventory, requisition, and maintaining the safety stock level of all spare parts. Responsible in documentation of store/machine troubles or problems. Coordination w/ the branch rotisserie operation group for the store problems (defective machine, faucets, clogged drainage system, etc).   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. STORE MAINTENANCE MAN

ILOCOS NORTE, CEBU, TACLOBAN   Responsibilities: Responsible in the proper troubleshooting and maintenance of all the food retail/rotisserie equipments covering all outlets in the branch. Responsible in the day to day maintenance of all machines/equipments in the outlets. Responds to emergencies as required during equipments breakdown. LAB ANALYST/PROCESS INSPECTOR

CAGAYAN DE ORO   Responsibilities: Conducts in-process audit and inspection of feed mill and its warehouse to verify compliance to process, GMP & Sanitation standards and QMS procedures. Ensures that satellite feed mill production raw materials and finished products has passed inspection and testing. Prepares audit, weekly progress reports and other Q.A related reports. Highlights to QA Head non-conformances to establish quality management standards and recommends corrective/preventive actions. Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent. BASIS CONSULTANT

PASIG – ORTIGAS (2) Responsibilities: BASIS Consultant should be able to handle the administration part of SAP including the installation, configuration and maintenance. Installation includes R/3, components, solman. Administration includes user admin, client, admin and back up. Configuration includes Printer, RFC, STMC. Maintenance includes monitoring the servers, background jobs, system performance.   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Computer Course. Preferably 1-4 yrs. experienced employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Database Administrator or equivalent. ABAP PROGRAMMER

PASIG – ORTIGAS

Responsibilities: Codes SAP Modules and complex functions using ABAP programming language. Creates specialized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming language. Designs forms for SAP modules using SAP script. Troubleshoots and corrects SAP module problems by using ABAP programming language to implement OSS notes. Modifies system screens to provide default values and eliminate unnecessary fields using transaction variants. Interfaces with business analyst to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures to information technology. Assists in defining technical requirements for on going systems maintenance and future functionality.   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. CONTRACT GROWING VETERINARIAN/SUPERVISOR

TACLOBAN   Responsibilities: Prepare monthly placement volume & ensure farms keep up the scheduled placement dates. Do 4 week rolling harvest forecast & coordinates with farms for the desired ALW. Check Contract Grower liquidation & prepare necessary attachments like medvacc DR, DOC, DR, etc. Attest DOC Placements. Do regular farm visits to check farm depletion, feed consumption, FCR & ALW. Do routine necropsy to check bird’s health status. Monitor medvec inventory & coordinate w/head office for shipment/deliveries. Monitor if management standards in growing out chickens are well implemented. Work with other CG personnel to attain the goal of getting better efficiencies in terms of HR, FCR, ALW.   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent. With significant experience in the field of Broiler Production Licensed Veterinarian. Performance oriented and self-motivated. Can work with minimum supervision. Must posses valid drivers license. CONTRACT GROWING VETERINARY AIDE

GENERAL SANTOS

Responsibilities: Coordinates with feeds ordering from feed mill & ensure delivery of the same to Contract Grower farms on time. Assists Contract Grower Supervisor during DOC placement and conducts pre-harvest sample weighing of flocks. Counterchecks flock liquidation report before submission to finance. Generates reports that would help management in decision makings. Does other functions within his capacity that may be assigned as the needs arises.   Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Animal Science or Agriculture, Doctor of Veterinary or equivalent. Willing to work on extended hours with minimum supervision. Good working attitude, flexible and trainable. Sufficient knowledge in computer operations, particularly Windows applications (MS Excel & MS Word). Good Scholastic record and possess sound analytical qualification. Full-Time position available.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR/SUPERVISOR

BACOLOD, CEBU, CAGAYAN DE ORO, DAVAO

Responsibilities: Checks outgoing finished goods and incoming raw materials at night shift. Conduct spot audit of truckers compliance to GMP. Inspect processing line in order to attain quality finished goods. Review and conduct evaluation on existing procedure.   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent. Preferably Supervisor with 2-3 yrs experience. Specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

ASSISTANT FEEDMILL COORDINATOR

SAN PABLO LAGUNA (2), BACOLOD & GENERAL SANTOS

Responsibilities: Requisition and monitoring of raw materials inventory. Documentation of raw materials inventory. Received, evaluate and accept deliveries of corn and other raw materials based on QA standards. Coordination for the chemical analysis of raw materials. Ensure orderliness and sanitation of the unloading and raw materials area.   Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Agricultural), or Accountancy. Preferably Male. Knowledge in Ms Office. With good interpersonal skills. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Full-Time positions available.

CONTRACT GROWERS

The process of applying are as follows: Inspection of the site where the farm will be built. Basic considerations for inspection are access road going to the farm which should accomodate 10-wheeler trucks for feed deliveries and harvest, regular supply of electricity and water, security of the farm and official zoning certificate that the location is for agricultural purposes. If you have an existing farm, the farm will also have to be evaluated using the above parameters. If site is approved, construction can start. Your decision then is whether to build a conventional (open-sided) farm or tunnel ventilated (closed) farm. Conventional houses are the common elevated houses made of wood, bamboo slatted floors and manual feeding and waterer and open-sided. Tunnel ventilated houses are fully-automated (feeders and waterers), environmentally controlled and closed housing facility. Estimated cost (structure and equipment) for conventional houses is P100 – P150 per bird capacity while for tunnel ventilated farms, it is P280 – P350 per bird capacity. Our preference is for pre-farbricated tunnel ventilated farms. For tunnel ventilated farm, our recommended dimensions are 40 ft by 400 ft (30,000 bird capacity). After construction, we enter into the formality of a contract. A cash bond equivalent to P 10.00 per bird capacity is required upon contract signing. Example, a 10,000 capacity farm will require a cash bond of P 100,000. All legal permits (barangay, municipal, mayor’s permit, environmental clearance, etc.) will have to be secured before contract signing. After signing the contract, a seminar/training will be conducted for you and the laborers in the farm. The farm will be scheduled for loading after the seminar. In contract growing, Bounty Agro Ventures Inc. will provide the contract grower with the chicks, feeds, medications, vaccinations and technical support (a veterinarian will be visiting your farm at least once a week). The company will also harvest the birds upon reaching the required weight. As a contract grower, your responsiblity will be the provision of the farm building and equipments, regular supply of electricity and water, laborers and farm security. The contract grower is responsible for caring and growing the birds to the required weight. This is contract growing in a nutshell.
