On December 10, 2010, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc., the company behind Bounty Fresh, Asia’s Best Chicken, and Chooks-To-Go, the #1 roasted chicken business in the country, celebrated its corporate Christmas party at Fernwood Gardens, Quezon City.
Employees and executives from the Head Office, the Central Luzon, Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog, and Bicol branches, the Calamba office, and members of the Board of Directors gathered for the festivities with the theme, 1980’s Bagets.
The hightlight of the party was the Chooks-To-Go Sayaw Fever inter-department competition, where 10 groups danced to the 90-second Chooks-To-Go jingle to win the grand prize of P15,000. The Marketing Department won 1st place, the Team Executive Office came in 2nd place, and the HR & Legal Group finished in 3rd place.
A month before the party, the “Best 80’s Photo Contest” was organized. In order to win P5,000, employees uploaded their 80’s photos on Facebook. The photos with the most Likes were then displayed on the event, where party guests voted for their favorite photos. Gemma Torreliza of Finance took home the prize.
A costume contest was also held for those who came in their best 80’s outfits. Mids Resurreccion, Randy Dionio, and Kathy Gomez from the Marketing Department won Best Costume for portraying Cory Aquino, Ninoy Aquino, and a nun during the EDSA Revolution.
More prizes were raffled off to give more guests a chance to win items ranging from gift certificates to 32-inch LCD TVs.
All in all, it was a fun night that capped off a great year for the employees and stakeholders of Bounty Fresh Agro Ventures, Inc.
